Agreement Moves Previously Announced Antidote Partnership into Paid Deployment

KNOXVILLE, Tenn., Sept. 29, 2026 (GLOBE NEWSWIRE) -- SafeSpace Global Corporation (OTCID: SSGC) (“SafeSpace Global” or the “Company”), a publicly traded, applied multimodal AI-powered physical safety and security technology company, today announced that it has executed a Statement of Work (“SOW”) with Antidote Health Ventures, LLC (“Antidote”) to begin the initial paid deployment of SafeSpace Global's Behavioral Health safety platform at an Antidote facility in Tennessee.

The SOW represents the next phase of the strategic relationship between SafeSpace Global and Antidote announced on June 10, 2026, when the companies entered into a Master Services Agreement (“MSA”) supporting the launch of SafeSpace Global's Addiction Treatment Vertical. GlobeNewswire

Under the newly executed SOW, SafeSpace will deploy its platform at Antidote's Tennessee facility, providing access to selected monitoring, alerting and AI-assisted capabilities configured specifically for behavioral health environments.

The SOW provides for an initial pilot term of 60 months and establishes commercial pricing for the initial deployment. The parties may subsequently agree to expand the relationship to additional facilities or enter into a broader commercial agreement.

Moving from Development to Deployment

The initial deployment is designed to allow SafeSpace and Antidote to jointly evaluate and refine physical safety capabilities specifically for behavioral health and addiction-treatment environments.

SafeSpace's platform will provide mutually agreed capabilities including monitoring, alerting, dashboard access, user provisioning and AI-assisted detection features. SafeSpace and Antidote will collaborate to define behavioral-health use cases, observable signals, alert categories, escalation workflows and evaluation criteria. Feedback and operational learnings from the deployment may be used to refine models, thresholds, workflows, dashboards and alerting logic over time.
